A LITTLE CLARITY
Olive Studio is one open-plan space for up to two. Marea Terrace has one bedroom and a sofa bed for up to four. Pine & Sea has two bedrooms and a single sofa bed for up to five. The Lookout has three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six. Views, parking and stairs vary; each apartment page gives its exact demo specification.
Yes. Your selected dates and guest count travel with you between the collection and apartment pages. Each apartment has its own price, minimum stay and availability. A smaller apartment will explain if your group exceeds its capacity.
Your accommodation, any eligible stay discount, the apartment’s cleaning fee and included local tourist tax. There is no guest booking fee. A refundable damage deposit is separate and varies by apartment. Parking is included only where the apartment page says so.
Each apartment has its own request and calendar. If your group needs several, ask the host with your dates and group size. This demo does not make a combined booking or assume that the apartments are in the same building.
Example terms: 30% of the holiday total after host confirmation, with the balance due 14 days before arrival. Arrivals within 14 days require full payment on confirmation.
